Physican Assistant
Ashley Madura, PA-C
Ashley was born in Erie and grew up in Harborcreek. She spent much of her childhood taking dance classes and playing with her brothers. She graduated from Mercyhurst Prep and went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Virginia Tech, and worked as a registered dietitian in a hospital in Roanoke, Virginia for over four and a half years. During that time, she also volunteered as an EMT on a local rescue squad. While working in the ICU as a dietitian and volunteering in EMS, she developed a growing passion for medicine and ultimately decided to go back to school to become a physician assistant. She moved to Olean, NY and attended St. Bonaventure University, where she obtained her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She began her career as a PA in the Emergency Department, where she worked for over a year and a half learning how to manage multiple patients, perform procedures, and make critical decisions.
While living in Virginia, Ashley discovered her love of running in the Blue Ridge Mountains. She is a Boston Marathon qualifier, and has finished multiple marathons and ultramarathons, as well as several triathlons. In the future, she hopes to continue pushing her limits and complete longer ultramarathon distances.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys yoga, running, hiking, biking, reading, and crafting. She especially likes spending time with her family, her husband, and her dog and cats.

Certified Athletic Trainer
Alicia Lyon, ATC, MAT, CSCS, CES, CPT
My journey in health and wellness has been shaped by a lifelong passion for movement,
helping others, and understanding the human body. I am proud to be a lifelong Fairview
native, and this community has always been home. I continued my education at Gannon
University, where I was able to further develop my passion for health, fitness, and helping
others. Being able to serve the same community that has supported me throughout my life
is something I truly value.
From a young age, sports were a major part of my life. I grew up playing soccer and
basketball, and those experiences taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork,
resilience, and the connection between physical health and overall well-being. My passion
for athletics continued into adulthood, including my experience with boxing which further
strengthened my appreciation for strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and the mental
side of performance.
Professionally, my path has always centered around helping people become healthier,
stronger, and more confident in their bodies. My background as an Athletic Trainer, Strength
and Conditioning Specialist, and Personal Trainer has allowed me to work with individuals
from many different backgrounds and understand that health is never one-dimensional. A
person’s goals, injuries, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, hormones, and mental well-being all play
a role in their overall health.
My own personal health journey has deepened my passion for taking a more comprehensive
approach to patient care. After being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 34, I experienced
firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that come with major health changes and
medical treatment. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the importance of
being listened to, supported, and cared for as a whole person-not just a diagnosis.
Navigating cancer treatment also brought significant hormonal changes and gave me a
unique perspective on the challenges many women face with hormone balance, including
symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause. I understand how these changes can
impact energy, sleep, mood, body composition, strength, and overall quality of life. This
experience has fueled my passion for helping women understand their bodies, advocate for
themselves, and find individualized approaches to improve their health and wellness
throughout every stage of life.

Nurse
Taylor Perdue, LPN
I grew up in a small town where basketball and soccer were life. I also really enjoyed cheerleading and dancing for many of my school years.
After graduating, I worked as an aide at the barber national institute to help the intellectually disabled. I found such a passion in providing care and making connections, that I later decided to attend Mercyhurst University for nursing and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse and have worked as such since 2018.
I love being able to aid in providing care for patients and help others achieve overall better health. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and my children who are my world. We have two cats, four dogs and two fish who we absolutely enjoy and have rescued most of them.
I also have a passion for exploring and experiencing new things whether it’s camping, road tripping, sightseeing, new foods, etc.
